  What horrible customer service! I purchased a complete dog training package for my new rescue dog and was unable to use it because she turned out to be aggressive around other dogs and I didn't feel comfortable bringing her into the store. I ended up returning her to the rescue center due to an incident she had with another dog. I asked the trainer if I could transfer the training sessions to a different dog and she said it was fine.
  
  After some time, I finally got another dog - but she doesn't need any training. I decided to ask for a refund from the store. The associate told me that I couldn't get a refund because I should have asked for it before the second training session. Well...I didn't have a training schedule set up because I told the trainer I couldn't bring my dog in due to her aggression. I asked for a merchandise credit but they said there was nothing they could do! I had to call the corporate office in order to get anything resolved.
  
  The best they could do was issue me a $119 merchandise credit after spending $319 for the training package. Are you serious? I lost $200 on a service they didn't provide. After I use the credit, I will NEVER shop at this store again.
