  Chris was great to help switch my data from old phone to the new one I purchased from Verizon over the phone. Also no pressure when we inquired about a new phone for my husband. Ended up getting a new phone for him with no pressure to buy the more expensive phone. Very good customer service. We definitely recommend this store.

  The new management here is phenomenal. I came in recently with a new phone and a tough problem (to get my old contacts off of an old phone with a dead screen) and Sunny absolutely refused to let anything stand in the way of solving the problem, no matter how many methods we tried (many). We tried many potential solutions, most of which weren't likely to make his store much/any money. I really felt like Sunny was on my side. He's extremely cheerful, polite, and helpful to boot. I'll be coming back whenever I can for service and phone-related needs. Thanks guys!
