  Had booked an appointment months ahead. Got a call a few days ahead requesting to push ahead 30 minutes. Said, no, wouldn't work because of my professional engagements and, should we just reschedule? No, assured it would work out.
  
  Today, sat and waited 30 minutes. Unable to stay, would have conflicted with my professional appointments.
  
  Worse ever, was when I informed desk staff of issue, there was no apology. They just averted gaze to computer. I had to inquire had they heard my suggestion not to overbook? They totally dismissed my loss of career based time for their overbooking. Next, we will be dragged from the dentist chair!
  
  Don't go here if your insurance offers alternative!
