  bad health conditions... bad maintenance.. overall it is not such a great place.
  
  I was promised a newly renovated apartment and got one with cracks in the floor.
  
  It is fine until the cockroaches appear. they are 1 - 1 1/2 inches long and they keep on coming.
  
  My advice is that there are better complexes out there. do not live here.
