  If it wasn't for the poor management, this place would easily merit 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, it is so unprofessionally run that it drops the overall event of being there to a 1 star experience.
  
  The manager was a young guy, no older that 30. He was obviously high to the point where he couldn't function or run his business effectively. The atmosphere this place exudes is one of a chill night out. He was blasting rap music as if this were a night club. At one point, he disappeared into the back room and left the bar unattended. His friends freely walked around behind the bar unsupervised while there were still customers sitting down. Additionally, he kept putting up a closed sign even though the time was only 10:30 and the advertised closing time wasn't till 12:00am. I went there with a few friends and it made us all very uncomfortable. To top it all off, at the end of the night I tried to return the cards you use to purchase wine so that I could be reimbursed the balance that was still on them. It was very hard talking with him as he didn't seem to be listening to what I was asking him for, and I suspect that due to his level of intoxication he didn't have the ability to interact with any customer. In one of his stupors, he accused me of trying to defraud the place when I was simply trying to follow the procedures the business has in the first place!
  
  I would not go here unless some serious corrective actions are taken as far as how the business is being run. There were paying customers there trying to have a good time as the manager and his friends were treating the place like their own personal playground.
  
  Edit: I verified my credit card statement and noticed that they overcharged me $20. I attempted contacting the listed phone number to no avail.
